Program description

When you do business with a company that uses PorchPrompt, you may receive an automated text message asking you to leave a Google review, sent shortly after your job is marked complete.

Who sends these messages

Messages are sent by the local service business you hired, using PorchPrompt to send them on its behalf.

Message frequency

Typically one message per completed job. You will not be enrolled in any ongoing or recurring messaging beyond the review request for each job you have done with that business.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving future texts.
