What PorchPrompt does, and what it does not
It does
- Send your customer a review text when you or your technician taps Mark job done.
- Use your business name and your own Google review link.
- Send only to customers you confirm agreed to get texts. Any customer can reply STOP.
- Alert you in the app and by email when a new Google review comes in under four stars.
It does not
- Write, post or change reviews. Every review is written by your customer, on Google.
- Charge per job or per text. It is $29 a month, flat per shop.
